Chances are that every single one of those interactions, every single one of those experiences, was touched by an Adobe product.We are looking for an experienced Strategic Account Executive to manage some of our top installed based Retail Key Accounts with focus on our Adobe Experience Cloud business (DX). The role can be based in one of our Adobe offices or remotely.As a Strategic Account Executive, you'll be seen as a trusted business advisor with deep knowledge of your customer's industry and market. Your role is to drive revenue within dedicated large accounts in Germany by crafting compelling propositions that align with their business goals. To thrive in Adobe's dynamic and complex environment, you'll need to be curious and adaptable.What you'll Do Be a great partner to our customers and help to drive value from existing investments and position and grow investment in new Adobe technology. Align closely with supporting teams across CSM’s, solution consultants, enterprise architects, digital strategy, marketing, inside sales, and many more. Lead the engagement with your clients, support a clear value framework, lead communications across c-level executives, and facilitate communications and relationships across their business and ours. Generation of net-new revenue through driving and developing sales strategies. Demonstrate ability to work closely with Partners, Consulting and SC’s. Share and build customer references and value metrics per vertical and segment. Drive marketing activities and PR activities in collaboration with Marketing. Demonstrate value selling capabilities. What you need to succeed Deep Enterprise Software sales experience (complex platform/multi-solution value selling) within the retail industry.Track record of achieving/exceeding sales quota and market share goals. Show success in selling to executives, VP and/or "C" level – preferably CMO/Digital Leaders.Experience in acquiring key customer contacts.Entrepreneurial attitude, constantly crafting new business opportunities and developing proposals that result in positive outcomes for all. Outstanding communication, presentation and negotiation skills (verbal and written). Able to maintain a high level of efficiency and work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative and team-oriented environment. Proficiency in German and English is required.
