Stay one step ahead and embrace our motto: "Life's Good" For our D2C Sales & Marketing Team, we are looking for a: Position: Department: Location: [D2C Sales & Marketing] (Junior) Account Manager - Home Appliances (m/f/d) LGEWEA.D2C Sales & Marketing Eschborn Your responsibilities Translate LG's mission, purpose and strategy into a D2C e-commerce strategy in an omni-channel environment Overall responsibility of sales and marketing for the home appliances product category in the D2C area based on 4P marketing mix Planning, creation and execution of sales and marketing activities on LG.com including PSI management. Analyze campaigns & identify optimization potentials to grow the brand and maximize ROI Process optimization and further development with the help of relevant LG departments on a global level Collaborate with our service and logistics teams to enable high customer satisfaction in all aspects Your qualifications Successfully completed studies, ideally with a focus on business administration, marketing, IT or comparable commercial training At least 1-3 years of professional sales experience in a comparable position (home appliances/consumer electronics and D2C desirable) Very good understanding of e-commerce marketing Logical and analytical way of thinking with high attention to detail and careful way of working Independent and hands-on work as a team player Confident MS Office skills, especially Excel and Power Point Fluent English and good written and spoken German (Korean an advantage) Benefits Modern and international working environment Intensive induction as well as opportunities and support for personal development Flexible working hours Company fitness (EGYM Wellpass) Job bike leasing (Lease-a-bike) Monthly meal/food allowances (Pluxee) Employee discounts for LG products Corporate benefits and other platforms for employee offers Employee parking
