Then you will very likely fit into our team Your Tasks 1. Change Management and Business Development: Driving team initiatives and cross-functional projects to enhance team efficiency, client satisfaction and company growth Serving as a trusted advisor to clients, identifying opportunities for business expansion while acting as the primary contact for client escalations. Overseeing operational processes, adapting workflows in response to evolving client expectations and technical developments 2. Index Operations and Development: Providing timely expert assistance to resolve inquiries from leading international financial institutions, identifying quantitative and technical issues, diagnosing root causes, troubleshooting and escalating issues as needed Ensuring flawless execution of thousands of quantitative and cross-asset indexing strategies including equities, fixed income, ETFs, funds, derivatives, commodities, funds, currencies, interest rates, alternatives, and multi-asset indices. Developing and launching new indices for the structured products space in close contact with our clients and Sales team. 3. Programming and Data Management: Developing new, efficient, and robust processes within the team, as well as together with other teams (e.g. data team or index development team) Utilizing Python, SQL and various APIs to automate and enhance data management as well as development, operational and reporting workflows.
