- Diarmuid Clancy- Director We have partnered with a European Infrastructure Equity fund who are hiring a Vice President in Frankfurt. You will work as part of the European investment team andinvest in sectors such as Energy transition, Digital infra and Sustainability.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Contribute to the sourcing efforts in Europe, through regular contacts with market participants and with potential investment targets
- Assist with the initial screening of investment opportunities
- Contribute to the deal strategy and negotiations, together with the senior management.
- Lead and own appropriate due diligence workstreams (financial, commercial, legal, etc).
- Liaise and work with external advisors whenever necessary
- Where applicable, act as a board member for investee companies

**Requirements**:

- BA or BSc Degree from a leading University, preferably with CFA, ACA
- 7+ years in Investment Banking or Infrastructure investing
- Experience of the Northern European market
- Excellent attention to detail and and modelling capability
- Extensive experience in infrastructure, either on the buy side or investment banking
