Creator Partnerships Manager

Important: We are an English first company, but Fluent German is mandatory for this position 🇩🇪 We are looking for a detail-oriented multitasker (m/f/d) 🫱🏽‍🫲🏾 — someone who loves structure, can manage complex budgets and systems, has a professional eye for social media content and still has the charisma to keep agency partners engaged and motivated. Fluent German at a native level is essential for this role. Our Creator Partnerships Manager will be the main point of contact for our creator agency partners. In this role, you will... Manage and strengthen our existing agency relationships Ensure high-quality content delivery Oversee campaign budgets Negotiate deals Onboard new creator agencies By keeping close communication with agencies, you’ll make sure campaigns run smoothly and efficiently — always securing the best outcomes for both our advertisers and creators. While the focus lies on managing and optimizing current partnerships, you may also support in acquiring new agencies and contribute to community and content initiatives. Tasks 1. Agency & Campaign Management Maintain clear and ongoing communication with all agency partners Ensure campaign goals, timelines, and budgets are met Negotiate packages and pricing with agencies in the best interest of our advertisers Keep track of campaign settings, goals, budgets and allocations to ensure smooth execution. 2. System & Deal Management Accurately enter all deals into our Admin tool, CRMs, and Google Spreadsheets Ensure correct pricing and budget details are recorded with high attention to detail Continuously monitor data to maintain transparency and efficiency 3. Content Review & Quality Assurance Review submitted creator videos with a professional and critical eye Provide precise revision instructions to ensure campaign performance standards are met Take full responsibility for the final approval of content (no worries, of course you can always ask if anything is unsure) 4. Agency Acquisition (optional, depending on capacity) Support in identifying and approaching potential new agency partners Contribute to building long-term partnerships Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships through direct engagement with partners 5. Community & Content (optional, depending on capacity) Manage community interactions by responding to comments on social media Support with content ideas for our own channels (conceptual input etc.) Requirements A highly organized multitasker with outstanding communication skills and a sharp eye for detail. You’re just as comfortable negotiating tough deals with agencies as you are double-checking budgets in a spreadsheet and content before go-live. You thrive at keeping multiple campaigns moving smoothly at once, and you know how to balance professionalism with charisma to build strong, long-term relationships. Required Job Experiences/Background: Communication & Negotiation: Proven experience in managing partner relationships, with strong verbal and written communication skills and the confidence to negotiate fair deals. Organization & Tools: High proficiency in Google Spreadsheets and familiarity with CRMs or similar tools; extremely detail-oriented and skilled at keeping budgets, deals, and timelines organized. Content Expertise: Experienced in reviewing digital content with a critical and professional eye; able to identify what makes content perform and provide clear, actionable feedback for improvement.
