Role Definition Provide leadership to site supervisors to ensure efficient execution of cable installation activities.Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to facilitate project operations.Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation measures.Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and regulations.Serve as the primary point of contact for client representatives, addressing concerns promptly.Prepare progress reports and communicate project updates to stakeholders.Act as interface between clients and contractors, overseeing civil works and infrastructure execution.Supervise subcontractor execution in accordance with plans and contractual requirements.Maintain focus on technical logistics and HSE issues.Serve as technical liaison within the project, reporting outcomes of meetings and technical discussions. Qualification Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management or site supervision roles, ideally within the power cable or offshore sectors;Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects, including coordination of multiple subcontractors and stakeholders;Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor staff members;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse teams and stakeholders;Knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and quality standards;Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards for cable installation and electrical infrastructure;Resistance to stress;Strong synthesis and writing skills;Fluency in English and German, both spoken and written;Willingness to travel to project sites. Conditions Remote working may be possible during preparatory works; local presence in north of Germany is mandatory during execution/construction phase.
