Senior Legal Counsel

What you can expect You are the primary contact for legal matters concerning our group companies and business units, with a focus on Sales, Energy Toll, and Purchasing.You advise our Sales Units on the distribution of our products (including software) and on negotiating high-volume customer contracts.You review and negotiate procurement contracts.You develop legal structuring options for new business opportunities.You provide legal support for special projects of group-wide significance.You independently manage your workflows and handle legal matters with full responsibility. What makes you stand out You have successfully completed both state law examinations, ideally with distinction.You have already gained specific experience in the areas of Commercial, Sales, or Procurement, either in a law firm or in-house.You enjoy working with colleagues from a wide range of departments and are enthusiastic about commercial topics and economic contexts.You possess strong analytical thinking skills, a high level of problem-solving competence, process-oriented thinking, and assertiveness.You have business-fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken (additional foreign languages are a plus).You are highly organized and bring initiative and commitment to your work.You work independently and proactively, and your empathetic, persuasive, and assertive personality rounds off your profile.
