Legal Counsel E-Mobility

What you can expect Serve as the primary legal contact for our group companies and business units, with a focus on energy and e-mobility.Advise on the drafting and negotiation of national and international supply and distribution agreements in the e-mobility sector.Review and negotiate Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) contracts related to e-mobility.Provide legal support for the launch and distribution of new products within the e-mobility business unit.Support market entry activities, including coordination with external legal advisors.Develop legal structuring options for new business areas.Provide legal guidance on special projects of strategic importance across the group.Independently manage your workflows and take full ownership of legal matters. What makes you stand out You hold both German state law examinations, ideally with honors.You have gained experience in Commercial Law, Energy Regulation, or E-Mobility (however, we explicitly welcome applications from recent graduates as well).You enjoy collaborating with colleagues across various departments and have a strong interest in commercial topics and economic contexts.You demonstrate strong analytical thinking, solution-oriented mindset, process-driven approach, and assertiveness.You possess business-fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken (additional languages are a plus).You are highly organized, proactive, and committed.You work independently and proactively, and your empathetic, persuasive, and confident personality completes your profile.
