If you are available from January 1, 2026, for 20 hours per week, we look forward to receiving your application What you will do Act as a central point of contact for all topics related to Private Markets fund operations and institutional client servicingCoordinate between internal departments and external asset managers to ensure smooth processes across portfolio management, compliance, accounting, tax, and legalSupport the execution of capital measures, handle operational tasks in day-to-day business (e.g., KYC checks, proxy voting, MFN rights), and evaluate product performance during various due diligence processesCollaborate closely with client relationship managers to develop tailored solutions such as customized reports and data sets that meet client needs. What you bring Enrolled in a degree program in economics or a related field with at least two completed semestersDemonstrated interest in asset management through internshipsExcellent written and spoken German and English skillsProficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)Ability to use Microsoft Copilot, with a strong commitment to ethical and responsible AI practicesProgramming skills in VBA and Python are a plusStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and work in a team.
