**Your Responsibilities**:
In this versatile role, you will support multiple departments simultaneously and play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. As a working student, you will work closely with the Office Management, Finance, and HR teams:
**Office Management (40%)**
- General administrative tasks such as filing, document management, and correspondence
- Creating and maintaining Excel templates and PowerPoint presentations
- Organizing and managing the company carpool in Frankfurt: vehicle handover/return, cleanliness checks, and scheduling maintenance

**Finance / Controlling (40%)**
- Supporting data collection and consolidation
- Checking incoming invoices and preparing them for accounting
- Assisting with the preparation of reports, analyses, and presentations

**Human Resources (20%)**
- Providing administrative support for HR processes (e.g., maintaining personnel files, scheduling appointments)
- Assisting with onboarding and offboarding activities

**Your Profile**:

- ** Currently enrolled student** at a university or university of applied sciences (working student status required)
- ** Fluent German** and good **English** skills, both written and spoken
- Proficient in **Microsoft Office**, especially **Excel**, **PowerPoint**, and **Word**
- Interest in working with numbers, data, and structured processes
- Independent, detail-oriented, and conscientious work style
- Strong organizational skills, reliability, and a team player attitude
- Previous experience in an office or administrative environment is a plus
