Our more than 2,500 employees worldwide develop and manufacture logistics solutions that are used in many different sectors such as industrial manufacturing, retail and administration.We are further strengthen our Corporate organization and search a Strategy Consultant (m/f/d) for the group strategy.You can perform the role 60:40 remotely while being close to our site in Bellheim or Neuburg a.d. Kammel, when needed. You enjoy working in an agile way in networked and interdisciplinary teams with a global scope.Your tasksShape the strategic direction of the Kardex Group, working closely with the executive management and the business units, reporting to the Senior Director Corporate StrategySupport and monitor progress as well as challenge the strategic direction of core strategic programs as enablers for the long-term development of a more resilient, innovative, digital and scalable organizationDevelop, lead and / or implement strategic projects with the responsible executives and their teamsTrack progress using key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare regular updates and reports for leadership, and ensure the sustainable implementation of project resultsAct as a central point of contact between business units, functions, and leadership to ensure alignment and a shared understanding of project objectivesFacilitate change management processes and proactively identify and address potential risks to ensure the smooth execution of projectsWork in a complex environment across different business units, country organizations and business supporting functionsDevelop executive presentations and decision papers and have an impact in the strategic development of Kardex' long-term strategic developmentYour profileUniversity degree in engineering or business administration, or equivalent qualificationsSound professional experience in strategy consulting or project-based work, experience in large transformation programs (digital, processes, data) is a plusExperience in setting strategic directions for long-term initiatives and steering initiativesOutstanding analytical competence, strategic thinking and implementation skillsStrong skills in PowerPoint, Excel and Office 365Excellent communication skills on all hierarchy levels and stakeholder expectation management, while being fluent in English and having very good comand of GermanWe offer:Long-term prospects: A secure job in a fast-growing, international company with exciting development opportunities and interesting and varied tasks in a future-oriented environment Valuable support:Great team spirit, elaborate onboarding and a wide range of training opportunities in our own academy at the Bellheim site Tangible added value: Flexible working hours, 6 weeks annual vacation in Germany Visible benefits: Attractive salary, company pension plan and capital-forming benefits - depending on locationAttractive extras: Corporate benefits, company and team eventsReady to join?
