Professional Processes (m/w/d) Rheinmetall IT Solutions GmbH in Düsseldorf, Neuenstadt, Berlin, Bremen, Unterlüß, Kassel, Kiel Ref.-Nr.: DE12218 Anstellungsart: Vollzeit Vertragsart: Unbefristeter Vertrag WOFÜR WIR SIE SUCHEN Aktive Gestaltung und Steuerung des Process Designs zur IT-Prozesslandschaft inklusive der internationalen Ausrichtung als Vorgabe der Zentral-IT Abstimmung mit weiterführenden IT-Servicemanagement-Prozessen zur Sicherstellung von Schnittstellen und Abhängigkeiten Sicherstellung von Dokumentationen (Prozesshandbücher, Policies, RASCIs, Workflows, KPIs) sowie eines kontinuierlichen Review und Verbesserungszyklus und zielgerichtete Einsteuerung von identifizierten Maßnahmen Mitarbeit bei der Behebung von Maturity Assessments und Steuerung von offenen Punkten Übernahme von dedizierten ITIL-Prozess-Management-Aufgaben (Eventmanagement / Continous Service Improvement) Diese Stelle kann an den Standorten in Düsseldorf, Bremen, Berlin, Kassel, Kiel, Unterlüß und Neuenstadt oder ggf. remote besetzt werden. WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Ausbilung mit dem Schwerpunkt auf Prozess-Management in IT-Organisationen (nach ITIL) Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Process Governance für IT-Prozesse in komplexen IT-Landschaften internationaler Unternehmen Sehr gute Kenntnisse des ITIL-Frameworks und Zertifizierung ITIL Expert (mind. V3) Erfahrung in Process Design und Operationalisierungen von Prozessen in IT-Organisationen (bspw. Trainingsmethodik, Schulungen) Erfahrung mit gängigen ITSM-Tools wie z.B.
