E-Bike Mechanic Location: Berlin, Germany · Modern e-mobility workshop About the Role Are you hands-on, mechanically talented and excited about the future of sustainable mobility? Join a fast-growing e-mobility company in Berlin and help bring e-bikes back to life. Youll work in a fully equipped, modern workshop where precision, quality and teamwork matter. From city bikes to premium e-cargo and mountain bikes youll repair, refurbish and prepare a wide range of models for customers across Europe. If you love technical challenges, clean repair work and a supportive environment where your craftsmanship is valued, this is your place. What You Will Do Diagnose, repair and refurbish various types of e-bikes with accuracy and care. Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and select the right spare parts. Prepare e-bikes for customer delivery, ensuring safety and performance standards. Support maintenance and repairs of the company's internal bike fleet. Contribute to smooth workshop and warehouse operations, improving workflow and efficiency. What Makes You a Great Fit Around 1-2 years of experience in bike or e-bike mechanics Strong understanding of e-bike systems, components and basic electronics. Practical, problem-solving mindset you enjoy fixing things and doing it well. Ability to work independently and also collaborate with a close-knit, international team. Fluency in English (C1).
