Workster is partnering with an innovative e-mobility company on a mission to make sustainable transport accessible to everyone. We are looking for a passionate Bike Mechanic to join their largest refurbishment center, located in Berlin, where e-bikes are brought back to life with care, precision, and top-tier tools.This is your chance to work in a fast-paced, growing startup that combines technology, mechanics, and sustainability under one roof. Whether you’re an experienced bike mechanic or a rising talent with a strong technical mindset, this role offers real growth potential and hands-on experience with a wide range of e-bikes—from city models to cargo and mountain bikes. As a Bike Mechanic, you’ll be responsible for the complete repair and refurbishment of e-bikes, ensuring each one meets the highest quality standards before being delivered to customers. You’ll work with a dedicated and skilled team in a fully equipped workshop using state-of-the-art tools and diagnostic equipment. Independently perform inspection, troubleshooting, spare parts selection, repair, and quality control on a wide variety of e-bikes. Prepare e-bikes for customer delivery and maintain the in-house fleet. Contribute to continuous improvement in repair processes and service quality. Support warehouse operations with ideas to optimize efficiency and workflow.
