You’ll focus on onboarding, driving product adoption, maintaining strong relationships, reducing churn, and identifying opportunities for expansion. Key Responsibilities As an onboarding account manager, you will serve as a trusted partner to new clients, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and measurable campaign performance. Your responsibilities include: Making outbound calls to introduce and sell Google Ads solutions. Understanding client objectives and creating customized advertising strategies. Setting up, managing, and optimizing PPC campaigns for immediate and sustained results. Encouraging increased ad spend and upselling additional services. Keeping client data accurate and updated in the CRM system. Managing a high volume of client interactions daily. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s in Marketing or Communications preferred). Fluent in German and English (C2 proficiency).
