You are an important sparring partner for our operational areas and strengthen our Hellmann organization both internally and externally. Location: Osnabrück | Reference no.: BJ | Type of employment: permanent » Your tasks: Processing and coordination of cross-product daily price inquiries, price inquiries for regular business and rate updates for our global automotive customers Processing global customer requirements for existing and new business relationships for all Hellmann products Clarification of operational issues, coordination between different internal and external interfaces Ensuring reporting, such as processing and analyzing reports and preparing customer presentations Supporting the Global Account Managers in looking after our international customers in the Hellmann Automotive Logistics division Administrative tasks for the organization of work processes and for analysis purposes » Your profile: Successfully completed studies in the field of business administration, completed training as a forwarding and logistics services clerk or comparable qualification Practical experience in air and sea freight desirable Strong analytical skills to understand complex interrelationships Proficient knowledge of the MS Office package (especially Excel) Very good written and spoken English skills Ability to work in a team, organizational talent and a structured way of working Diversity and equal opportunities are firmly anchored principles of our company philosophy.
