Learn more about our . Applied Materials is the world largest supplier of equipment, services, and software for the manufacturing of Semiconductors chips. Applied is also closely supporting its customers’ manufacturing challenges by offering consulting, spare parts and mainly service solutions.We are seeking an experienced Account Sales professional / Key Account Manager to join our Applied Global Services (AGS) division in Germany. This is a permanent, full-time role focused on managing key customer relationships and driving service solutions. The position will be based in Germany, preferably within commuting distance to our Applied Materials sites in Dresden or Munich.Main responsibilities:Grow the Service revenue and booking in the region and in the allocated major accountsIdentify customer needs and develop/implement complex sales strategies - generate service solutions that will help our customers cope with their innovative and changing business environmentsLead independently customer relations and negotiations, from the initial service quotes to the final contract signatureCommunicate and present Applied Materials’ product roadmaps and capabilities to the customerRequirements:Strong business acumen and negotiation skills, gained through 2–3 years of sales experience in the semiconductor industry or 5+ years of sales experience outside the industryExcellent communication skills to lead working sessions and discussions both internally and with customersCreativity in generating solutions while remaining aligned with standard selling concepts (Product Option Architecture) and its requirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant disciplineWillingness to travel 30–40% of the time, primarily within GermanyAbility to maintain high motivation and dedication to deliver results and achieve objectivesTechnical background would be a strong plusBenefits : We offer a wide range of trainings, on-line and classroom based and the on-the job learning will be supported by knowledgeable and experienced EmployeesA package of benefits including a corporate funded pension plan, a participation in the Employee Stock Purchase program, a Sales Bonus rewarding your own achievementsThe opportunity to work truly internationally and on innovative topics which are revolutionizing the world currently.Additional InformationTime Type:Full timeEmployee Type:Assignee / RegularTravel:Yes, 50% of the TimeRelocation Eligible:No
