We win as a team. We are currently looking for curious and driven **Senior Account Executives **with knowledge of technology and solid business-to-business sales and account management experience. You will be selling our entire portfolio of products to a **German **Medical Device company and a large group of companies owning different brands in Life Science industry.** This role is part of our **"Strategic Growth Clusters" **team. This team takes care of important clients that have a smaller i nstalled base and are on a strategic plan to grow the business. **Your impact**: - As part of our Enterprise Sales team you will be selling to our top enterprise Med Dev / Life Science accounts. - You will build, share with an extended team and implement an account plan to deliver maximum revenue potential. - Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement, while creating satisfied customers. - Evangelize the Salesforce vision through product demonstrations, in-market events, and account specific initiatives. **Required Skills**: - Several years experience in software solutions selling - OR several years of experience in a complex sales role in Medical Device / Life Science Industry with knowledge of Digital Transformation **Preferred Skills**: - Ability to map out and strategically define account plans for top tier accounts managed. - Effectively optimize internal and external networks. - Evidence of relationship building skills with an ability to grow and nurture relationships. - Excellent at leveraging C-level and LOB relationships. - Exhibits characteristics of self-starting, risk taking, and a drive to succeed. - German & English language skills: proficient in both oral and written communication. - Ability to negotiate complex deals. **Benefits**: - Very competitive compensation package with uncapped commission and employee stock purchase plan. - Ramp up schedule including training boot camp at hire and continuous sales and product training. - Career Advancement in a fast paced and rapidly growing organization, mobility within the firm. **Accommodations**: **Posting Statement**: At Salesforce we believe that the business of business is to improve the state of our world.
