Sales Consultant I SPARK Living

SPARK Living stands for exceptional temporary living – combining hospitality-level service with iconic architecture. As a Sales Consultant at SPARK Living, you will advise discerning international guests, companies, and partners seeking short-term premium stays in our Sky Villas and Residences. You will develop a network of brokers globally and manage the relationship with them. Your goal: to turn prospects into loyal guests – with empathy, style, and precision. Aufgaben Advising individual clients, companies, and relocation partners on Short-Stay and Corporate Living products Managing the entire sales cycle – from inquiry and proposal to final booking Developing and managing a network of brokers in key markets globally Creating and presenting tailored stay and service packages Maintaining booking systems and CRM (HubSpot / Supabase) Collaborating closely with Operations, Guest Relations, and Marketing Building long-term client relationships with a focus on repeat bookings Monitoring market developments and trends in the field of Short-Term Living & Hospitality Qualifikation Completed education or degree in Hospitality, Real Estate, Sales, or Hospitality Management 3–7 years of experience in sales of serviced apartments, hotels, residences, or lifestyle products Confident and service-oriented demeanor with strong communication and sales skills Affinity for architecture, design, and international guests Excellent English skills, German skills and additional languages are a plus Structured, detail-oriented work approach and genuine enjoyment of customer interaction Benefits Work in a premium hospitality environment with an international clientele Direct contact with business leaders, artists, and high-end clients Attractive compensation package including a performance-based commission model Participation in exclusive SPARK events and community formats Modern work environment focused on style, quality, and design Are you an empathetic consultant with a passion for lifestyle, architecture, and hospitality?
