Hamburg-Finkenwerder, Stade, Augsburg, München oder Bremen Ihre zukünftige Arbeitsstelle:Für unseren Kunden Airbus Operations am Standort Hamburg-Finkenwerder sind Sie als Static Engineer Primary Structure Multi Program (m/w/d) tätig.Ihr Aufgabenbereich umfasste die Arbeit an Rumpfkomponenten der Struktur im Bereich A350 sowie für den Bereich Single Aisle. Der Schwerpunkt ist in der statischen Analyse der Primärstruktur und beinhaltet Machbarkeitsstudien, Detailed Design, Zertifizierung, Fertigungs- und Kundenbetreuung sowie technisches Management. Ihre Aufgaben:- Durchführen von Machbarkeitsstudien für Metall-, Composite- und Hybridstrukturen nach validierten Methoden- Nachweisberichte und Zulassungsunterlagen erstellen- Überprüfung der Einhaltung von Vorschriften, relevanten Konstruktionsprinzipien, Prozessen, Methoden und Richtlinien zu Fertigungsmöglichkeiten- Tätig als Schnittstelle zu den beteiligten Abteilungen, u.a. Design, ME, Projektleitung, Engineeringdienstleister- Bereitstellung relevanter Vorgaben zur Erstellung von Zeichnungen für die Fertigung sowie weitere Departments nach Bedarf unterstützen, u.a, Produktion und Kundensupport- Beratung und Prüfung der Engineeringdienstleister sowie deren Leistungen, z.B. zu Bauunterlagen und Nachweisberichte- Mitarbeit bei technischen Teilprojekten und mit multifunktionalen Teams Ihr Profil:- Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium, z.B. Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik, Maschinenbau oder vergleichbar- Erfahrung im Bereich Strukturberechnung wird vorausgesetzt- Kenntnisse im Umgang mit FEM-Methoden und -Tools werden vorausgesetzt- Sichere Anwenderkenntnisse in Python, Nastran und ISAMI- Kenntnisse in PASS SSCI und Hyperworks wünschenswert- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse Ihr Partner:Die Orizon GmbH ist Ihr kompetenter Partner, wenn es darum geht, am Arbeitsmarkt Profil zu zeigen.
