Guide modelling, optimizing, and automation of end-to-end processes using SAP Signavio and a the SAP Integrated Toolchain with SAP's most important customers. Collaborate with global SAP teams to ensure consistent, scalable transformation outcomes. How you’ll drive business results and improve the customer experience Increase user adoption and reduce support effort by delivering intuitive SAP Fiori interfaces and clear role definitions. Strengthen customer relationship by providing reliable, enterprise-grade transformation guidance in the area of User Experience. Problems you’ll solve and opportunities you’ll pursue Eliminate fragmented role/UX configurations and manual process silos that hinder efficiency. Boost adoption efficiency by clear technical guidance and best-practice governance models for SAP S/4HANA implementations with SAP Fiori. Scale best practices across global teams and share customer feedback to increase modern UX adoption that unlocks measurable business value. What you bring: Degree in computer science, physics, mathematics, engineering, or a related field (BSc/MSc/PhD) — or equivalent practical experience. Customer-centric mindset with a strong commitment to quality and measurable outcomes. Excellent communication skills — constructive, transparent, and customer-facing; fluent in German and English (spoken and written). Strong analytical and logical reasoning; quick to learn and adopt new technologies. Basic programming ability in at least one language (e.g., JavaScript, Python, ABAP).
