Digital TAX Transformation & Processes Specialist (M/F/d)

SB I Betriebswirtschaft - TWD-FTB

**Your tasks**:

- You will be responsible for actively shaping digitalisation in the tax department by looking at projects with regard to IT resources to facilitating the daily work of tax experts
- You will be responsible for analysing company processes and identifying digitalisation potential in the tax department, particularly around tax compliance management systems
- You will be responsible for supporting digitalization projects to make tax-related processes more efficient
- You will be responsible for collaborating with the specialist departments to develop and implement digital solutions
- You will be responsible for developing strategies on the topic of AI and robotics
- You will be responsible for ensuring the ongoing optimisation of these processes and tools and the automation of tax-related business processes, workflows and systems

**Your profile**:

- Completed specialist training as a business administrator or bachelor's degree in business informatics, economics or engineering or a comparable qualification with a focus on digitalisation
- Good understanding of project and process management as well as portfolio management
- Structured and independent working style
- Ability to work in a team and enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration
- Experience in the digitalisation of business processes and the implementation of IT solutions in the tax department
