This role is crucial to support in all group`s financial activities in a dynamic environment, working closely with the Director of Finance. We are seeking someone who is passionate about finance, continuous optimization and hands-on problem solving. In your role as Senior Accountant you will support the Finance Team and have many development opportunities.What to expectIn this role, you will:Manage the full accounting cycle for assigned legal entities, including accounts payable, fixed assets, and general ledger within the ERP system NetSuite.Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting standards.Contact person for external contacts (e.g. banks, tax advisor, auditor and authorities)Oversee intercompany relationships, prepare intercompany invoices, and ensure compliance with transfer pricing policies.Contribute to group consolidation activities and support the transition from German GAAP to IFRS as the Maltego Group’s primary accounting standard.Drive process optimization and automation in NetSuite (GL, fixed assets, AP/AR), including workflow enhancements and integration of pre-accounting and expense tools (e.g., Payhawk).Support the growth of a multi-entity, global organization, ensuring scalable and compliant finance processes.
