Growth & Strategy Intern (German C1 - Asian Food E-Com Brand)

We are MAOMAO the fastest growing platform in Germany for Asian Foods. For this role we don't want to hire just an intern to do busy work. We want someone who sees opportunities, moves fast, and builds — not someone who waits for tasks. Aufgaben Analyse revenue, funnels, conversion rates, retention + customer behaviour Test growth channels: TikTok Shop, Meta, SEO, affiliates, collabs, partnerships Spot opportunities in our product assortment + category expansion Improve our website, landing pages, product presentation + AOV Bring ideas for new SKUs, trends, Asian ingredients + food culture Work directly with the founder — zero bureaucracy, high speed, real responsibility Qualifikation Worked in consulting or startup environments before Ideally studied busines Speak English and German at a C1 Level at least, if you can speak another Asian language on top great Ideally study Business / Marketing / IT — but we welcome Quereinsteiger, if you can prove skill with results, projects, or mindset Think analytically & communicate clearly Love Asian food & know what makes customers curious Don’t wait for instructions — you propose solutions Care about results > perfection Want to build something real, not just observe Benefits Real responsibility from day one A growth playground: you ship, learn, scale A lot of Asian food to keep that beautiful mind of yours working Exposure to strategy, product, growth & category development Path to Growth Lead / Product / CoS roles if you shine If you want comfort, automatic tasks and slow progression — skip this job.
