Experience: ServiceNow experience 10+ years- deep insights in ServiceNow products and roadmaps (HRSD, ITSM, CSM, ITOM and Platform)- wide technical and process-oriented knowledge of different ServiceNow modules Duration: 9 months full time Location Germany Remote Tasks Job Description: Customer is looking for an Architect who can guide internal ServiceNow platform capability architects to strive for a healthy, manageable, and scalable platform architecture according to best practices and by that supporting the service execution for Customer’s business applications operated on ServiceNow Requirements Roles and Responsibilities architect enterprise-wide solutions, guide organization decisions following best practices and optimize the health of our ServiceNow solution support enterprise strategy and plans value analysis of AS-IS and TO-BE scenarios instance strategies o user experience- support BASF in design and build scalable architecture review and challenge technical solution designs of multiple teams/organizations/providers guide on technical decisions following best practices (OOTB - out of the box) review and challenge processes of Customer regarding ServiceNow best practices drive ongoing platform health and upgradability Role of the architect has dedicated advisory function to support Customer in architecture decisions Benefits Optional Qualifications: user experience (UI design), procurement service management (PSM) and operational technology service management (OTSM) Certificates: mandatory: CTA optional: CMA Supported Languages: English
