You will collaborate closely with the configuration management and satellite project teams in a supportive, highly technical environment equipped with modern tools and state-of-the-art technology.As the primary point of contact for document and data management at the national level, you will also support transnational processes, methodologies, and tools, ensuring seamless integration and efficiency across borders.Your main tasks Formal checking of internal documents against templates and guidelines Receiving and reviewing external document/data package deliveries Delivering documents and data packages to suppliers, and customersRequirementsDesired Profile Minimum 1 year of experience in documentation management within the aeronautics/aerospace sector Completed training in technical documentation or a comparable qualification Strong attention to detail combined with excellent communication skills in English and German Experience with PDM systems (, PTC-Windchill) or information systems (, Confluence, Google Workspace) is a plus Confident with standard MS Office tools and Google AppsOpen to 100% onsite work modelYour personality Precise, systematic, and meticulous attention to detail Strong communicator who can collaborate effectively across teams and departments Reliable, structured, and able to prioritize tasks independently Curious and eager to learn, with a proactive and solution-oriented approachAdditional RequirementThe position requires a security clearance under the Sicherheitsüberprüfungsgesetz (SÜG).
