Ihre Aufgaben Manage all commercial aspects of international PV projects from contract signature through project completionMonitor project budgets, forecast accuracy, cash flow, and overall financial performancePrepare regular project reports and ensure transparent communication with Finance teams globallyIdentify, assess, and mitigate commercial and financial risks throughout the project lifecyclePrepare, evaluate, and negotiate change orders, variations, and claims in close coordination with the Claim Management teamEnsure full compliance with contractual terms, corporate guidelines, and applicable governance processesCollaborate closely with Project Management, Finance, Legal, and Supply Chain Management (SCM) to safeguard project profitabilitySupport internal audits, financial reviews, and project close-out activitiesContribute to continuous improvement of commercial processes, tools, and reporting standards Ihr Profil Degree in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Law, Business Law, or a comparable qualificationSeveral years of professional experience in claim management, ideally in renewable energy, large-scale construction, EPC contracting, or infrastructure projectsStrong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills in both English and GermanStructured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach with the ability to perform under pressureHands-on mentality with confidence and motivation to build new processes in a rapidly growing organization Warum wir?
