Faszinierendes schaffen: Ihre Aufgaben Gestaltung und Realisierung von Prozessen im Bereich Transportmanagement im Kontext der globalen Einführung von SAP S/4HANA bei der Liebherr-Logistics GmbH und unseren Vertriebs- und Servicegesellschaften Konzipierung und Umsetzung unseres weltweiten SAP S/4HANA Transformationsprojekts mit Schwerpunkt auf der Optimierung, Standardisierung und Digitalisierung der Logistikprozesse Analyse der Logistikprozesse zur Erkennung von Defiziten und Optimierungspotenzialen, um auf maßgeschneiderte digitale Lösungen und Strategien für eine effiziente Transportlogistik hinzuarbeiten Harmonisierung und Standardisierung der Logistikprozesse Intensive Kooperation als Schnittstelle zwischen verschiedenen Fachabteilungen, der IT und externen Beratern zur Ermittlung von Business-Anforderungen und Entwicklung passender Lösungen für Liebherr Begleitung des Veränderungsprozesses in den Gesellschaften, der mit der Implementierung neuer Prozesse verbunden ist Sicherstellung, dass die neuen Prozesse den Business-Anforderungen entsprechen und sowohl mit den Branchen-Best-Practices als auch mit SAP S/4HANA im Einklang stehen Leitung und Koordination von fachlichen Projektteams Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der Prozesse nach der Implementierung von SAP S/4HANA Stärken einbringen: Ihre Qualifikationen Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium zum Wirtschaftsingenieur (m/w/d), Betriebswirt (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereiche Logistik, idealerweise in einem internationalen Umfeld, idealerweise als Business-Process-Owner (m/w/d) Kenntnisse in SAP, insbesondere in den Modulen EWM und TM Erfahrung in der Durchführung von internationalen Projekten Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise Gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten Fähigkeit, Herausforderungen zu erkennen und kreative, unternehmerische Lösungen zu entwickeln Umfassendes Verständnis für Geschäftsprozesse im Logistik-Bereich und diese in technische, datengetriebene und automatisierbare Lösungen zu übersetzen Erfahrung im Umgang mit interkulturellen Teams Freude an der Kommunikation mit einer vielfältigen Gruppe von Stakeholdern und Einzelpersonen Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse Teamfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen und eine hohe Eigeninitiative weltweite Reisebereitschaft von ca. 20% pro Jahr Freiraum nutzen: Ihre Vorteile Die Firmengruppe Liebherr bietet Ihnen als international erfolgreiches Familienunternehmen einen sicheren Arbeitsplatz, eine einzigartige Vielfalt an Aufgaben und spannende Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten.
