B. Vertrieb, Einkauf, Logistik, Service, Buchhaltung).  Fachliche Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung prozessualer Abläufe innerhalb der digitalen Plattform Odoo.  Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen zur Aufnahme von Anforderungen und Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen.  Übersetzung fachlicher Anforderungen in umsetzbare Konzepte für Konfiguration, Erweiterung und Nutzung der Plattform.  Begleitung von Software-Konsolidierungs- und Migrationsprojekten.  Koordination und fachliche Steuerung von Umsetzungsprojekten in Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partnern.  Definition und Pflege von Prozessdokumentationen, Richtlinien und Standards.  Unterstützung des Change-Managements sowie Schulung und Beratung der Anwender.  Erstellung von Reportings und Kennzahlen zur Bewertung der Prozessqualität und -effizienz.  Unsere Anforderungen Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Prozessmanagement oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.  Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Analyse und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen.  Sehr gutes Verständnis für unternehmensweite Abläufe und deren digitale Abbildung.  Erfahrung im Umgang mit integrierten Unternehmenssoftware-Plattformen, idealerweise mit Odoo.  Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.  Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams und externen Dienstleistern.  Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Deutsch und Englisch.  Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Moderationsstärke.  Wir bieten Ein unbefristeter Arbeitsvertrag in einem dynamischen und innovativen Unternehmen.  Flexible Arbeitszeiten Ein inspirierendes Arbeitsumfeld mit flachen Hierarchien und kurzen Entscheidungswegen.  Vielfältige Weiterbildungs- und Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten.  Ein engagiertes und kollegiales Team, das sich auf Ihre Unterstützung freut.  Ein Gehalt zwischen 60.000 und 75.000 EUR pro Jahr.  Online bewerben Weitere Jobs ansehen Impressum | Datenschutzerklärung Powered by softgarden
