Du verbindest Markt‑/Wettbewerbs‑Insights der Wohnungswirtschaft mit klarer Positionierung, praxisnahen Inhalten und Enablement‑Paketen, die gemeinsam mit Sales/SDR Wirkung entfalten – und speist Felderkenntnisse in Product Development zurück.Deine VerantwortlichkeitenGTM‑Planung & Priorisierung: ICP/Persona, Value Proposition, Wettbewerbsabgrenzung, Ziel‑/Hypothesen‑Setting, Channel‑/Asset‑Map, Budgetrahmen, Timeline.Messaging & Storylines: Narrative pro Produkt/Segment, Nutzenbelege (Cases, Benchmarks), Preis‑/Paket‑Argumentation in Zusammenarbeit mit Product & Sales.Content‑Strategie & Produktion: Redaktionsplan über den Funnel (TOFU/MOFU/BOFU), Assets (One‑Pager, Battlecards, Success Stories mit Kunden, Webinar‑Decks, Website‑Copy, Thought Leadership zu Markt‑Trends & Regulatorik); Steuerung interner/ externer Creators.Sales/SDR‑Enablement (mit Product Development & Sales): gemeinsam praxisnahe Enablement‑Pakete erstellen (Pitch‑Decks, Talk‑Tracks, Einwandbehandlung als FAQ/Playbook, Templates für E‑Mails/Sequenzen), Trainings organisieren, Feedback‑Loop etablieren (Feldsignale → Produkt/Content‑Updates).Launch‑Management (praxisnah): Klare Verantwortlichkeiten, Checklisten (Assets, Website, Events, SDR‑Handover), Go/No‑Go, Post‑Launch‑Retro mit KPIs.Neue Kanäle & Formate: Gemeinsam mit dem Growth Marketing neue Kanäle & Formate testen (Events, Podcasts, Partner/Verbände, Communities, kreative Content‑Formate) – inkl. Messplan.Research & Insights (Wohnungswirtschaft): Kontinuierliches Monitoring von Markt‑/Regulatorik‑Trends (z. B.
