within our Business Unit Advanced Optics
, you will shape product strategy, drive innovation, and ensure our portfolio meets the highest standards of excellence. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders to bring impactful solutions to market.
Your Contribution
- Define and execute product strategy, including roadmap, pricing, and marketing mix.
- Manage the product portfolio throughout its lifecycle, ensuring performance and continuous improvement.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and guide strategic decisions.
- Develop business cases and plans for new product ideas, driving innovation and growth.
- Lead product launches and support sales teams with training, technical advice, and marketing materials.
- Represent the company at industry events, science conferences and academic networks and build strong networks with key stakeholders.
Your Profile
- Masters degree in Science, Engineering, Business with a highly technical focus, or a related field; PhD is a plus.
- Proven experience in product management, ideally in high-tech, materials or aerospace industries.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage complex projects and collaborate across global teams.
- Fluent in English; German and French language skills are an advantage.
