Your missionAs our Client Success & Account Manager, you’ll be the primary point of contact for our SME clients in the DACH region - ensuring projects run smoothly, clients feel supported, and their digital initiatives continue to grow.You’ll balance client relationship management with business development, helping to shape 8N’s next growth phase.This role suits someone who is confident discussing websites, SEO, email marketing, and e-commerce, and who enjoys turning client conversations into actionable opportunities.About 8Ninjas8Ninjas (8N) is a growing daughter company of Acrontum GmbH, a Munich-based digital engineering firm known for delivering innovative software solutions to leading brands. 8N was founded to serve small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) with a dedicated focus on web development, digital marketing, and e-commerce.Our mission is to help growing companies build and expand their digital presence - through modern WordPress and Shopware websites, effective online marketing campaigns, and practical e-commerce strategies that drive measurable results.We’re a small, agile team combining German client service with technical delivery excellence from our South African hub, and we’re now looking for a motivated colleague to help us grow our client base and strengthen existing relationships.Learn more about the history of 8Ninjas and Acrontum: https://www.acrontum.com/de/8n-landing-page/Your ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing SME clients in the DACH region.Act as the first point of contact (in German) for client support and queries, coordinating with our mostly English-speaking technical team.Coordinate with our technical delivery team (based in South Africa) to ensure smooth handover and delivery. Handle light administrative tasks such as quotes, invoicing, project updates, and timelines.Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services (e.g., SEO, newsletters, e-commerce enhancements).Offer insightful, business-oriented advice on how clients can improve their online presence and performance.Support light-touch business development including inbound lead handling and local networking.Stay informed about trends in digital marketing, websites, e-commerce, and AI tools to provide clients with relevant, forward-looking guidance.Your profile2–5 years of experience in a digital or web agency, in customer success, account management, sales, or a similar client-facing role. Candidates with a technical background (e.g., in web development or e-commerce implementation) who want to move into account or business development are also welcome Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with SME clients.Excellent organizational and communication skills; comfortable working independently and remotely.Solid understanding of digital marketing, web design, and e-commerce, and how these drive business outcomes.Curiosity and initiative to stay current on digital tools, marketing technologies, and AI trends.Basic familiarity with WordPress, WooCommerce, or Shopware (hands-on development not required).Fluent in German (spoken and written) and comfortable communicating in English.Why us?Exciting projects in web, e-commerce, and CMS development for growing SMEs.A professional onboarding process and supportive international team.An open, creative environment using the latest digital technologiesStrong career development and training opportunities.Flat hierarchies, collaborative culture, and inspiring workspaces30 days of paid vacation and flexible working hours for a healthy work-life balanceThe option to work remotely within Germany (with some travel required for client visits)Regular team events (summer party, Christmas celebration, etc.,) and company pension schemeAbout usAt Acrontum GmbH, in the heart of Munich, Germany, we're a hub of innovation and creativity, offering top-tier web development and IT consulting.
