Aufgabenschwerpunkte: Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines HW+SW Entwicklungsteams bestehend aus Soft- und Hardwareentwicklung + Test Mitarbeit im agilen Projektmanagement, Kostenermittlung und Angebotserstellung Team- und Kapaplanung Fachliche Weiterentwicklung der Teammitglieder Verantwortung der Qualität der formalen und technischen Arbeitsprodukte Mitarbeit in der Kalkulation und Preisermittlung von Produkten insbesondere PCBA Identifikation, Planung und Durchführung von strategischen Vorentwicklungsschwerpunkten Kommunikation mit Kunden und Lieferanten Optimierung bestehender Prozesse und Systeme Anforderungsprofil: Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium im Bereich Informatik, Elektrotechnik oder verwandten Studiengängen oder Techniker mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich System-, Software- oder Hardwareentwicklung mit jeweils vertieften Kenntnissen Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Systemengineering Sehr gute Kenntnisse im agilen Projektmanagement mittels Scrum Erfahrung mit Entwicklungsprozessen nach dem V-Modell, wie z.B.
