Product Lead

What's it about? You drive our product development and make sure our product strategy is closely aligned with stakeholders and business objectives. You don’t sit in an ivory tower – instead, you create an environment where the best ideas win and where everyone can contribute. You take ownership of key initiatives while working closely with the rest of the Product team (PM and Design) and Engineering to deliver measurable impact. Your role You define clear success metrics for all roadmap initiatives and align them with business objectives and customer needs You facilitate product discovery workshops with colleagues from all departments as well as with customers and partners You create transparent communication channels to share product insights across the company You analyze user behavior data, identify adoption bottlenecks, and improve product-market fit You conduct regular customer interviews and market research to inform product decisions You support team development through regular feedback and knowledge sharing You monitor competitor moves and market trends to sharpen Event Inc's positioning in the MICE market You foster cross-functional collaboration to drive user adoption and business outcomes What we like You bring 7+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in SaaS, with a proven track record of product launches and competitive positioning You are an excellent communicator who facilitates workshops, translates user insights into opportunities, and aligns stakeholders around clear metrics You combine a data-driven mindset with creative problem-solving and the courage to challenge the status quo You have empathy, resourcefulness, and accountability – you take ownership of outcomes and team impact You stand up for your ideas, but you’re just as ready to listen and adapt when a better idea comes along You speak German and English fluently What you like You are part of a motivated and highly qualified team with flat hierarchies and - surprise - regular team events, such as after-work drinks on the roof terrace, culture nights, game nights or our team events at the end of the month, where we push ourselves together to get the last deals in and celebrate our successes Be a saver and take advantage of discounts on various brands and trips through PepXpress and corporate benefits Of course, there is also the obligatory fruit basket, a muesli bar and hot and cold drinks Flexible working hours.
