Auf Dich wartet Hamburgs spannendste M&A-Herausforderung im schönsten Büro der Stadt mit Blick auf die Alster. Bei Parklane Capital begleitest und verantwortest Du vom ersten Tag an M&A-Prozesse vom Pitch bis zum Closing. Zusammen mit unseren Partnern arbeitest Du eigenverantwortlich an herausfordernden und abwechslungsreichen Aufgaben. Was wir bieten: Herausfordernde M&A-Projekte mit einem Transaktionsvolumen bis ca. Sehr unternehmerischer Beratungsansatz (unsere Partner sind ehemalige Gründer und Unternehmer) Junges, dynamisches Team mit offener Kommunikationskultur und Start-Up Spirit Arbeit in kleinen Teams in direkter Zusammenarbeit mit den Partnern und Klienten Aufbau eines eigenen Netzwerks im internationalen Digital- und Investmentumfeld Flexibles Arbeitszeitsystem und Home-Office Möglichkeit Teilnahme an und Repräsentation bei nationalen und internationalen Veranstaltungen Attraktives, leistungsorientiertes Vergütungsmodell mit fixen und erfolgsabhängigen Komponenten Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten ab dem ersten Tag mit hohem Maß an Selbstständigkeit Aufgaben Management nationaler und internationaler M&A-Projekte Direkte Zusammenarbeit mit Gründern, Gesellschaftern und Management unserer Klienten Erstellung von umfangreichen Kundenpräsentationen und Verkaufsmemoranden Eigenverantwortliche Recherche zu nationalen & internationalen Markt-, Sektor- und Wettbewerbsanalysen Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Sell-Side und Buy-Side Due Diligence-Prüfungen Ausarbeitung und Prüfung von Unternehmensbewertungen Analyse, Modellierung und Plausibilisierung von Unternehmensplanungen / Businessplänen Coaching und Mentoring von Analysten im ersten und zweiten Jahr Qualifikation 2-4 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen M&A, Transaction Services, Private Equity/ Venture Capital, Unternehmensberatung oder Business/ Corporate Development (Auslandserfahrung willkommen) Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss der Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit finanzwirtschaftlichen Schwerpunkten und sehr gutem Abschluss Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten Erfahrungen in Due Diligence-Prozessen auf Buy- und / oder Sell-Side Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Selbstständigkeit und Motivation Interesse für die Digitalwirtschaft und Verständnis relevanter Geschäftsmodelle Verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch Sehr sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office, insbesondere Excel und Power-Point Teamplayer mit ausgeprägter Kontakt- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit Interesse geweckt?
