As VP of Product (B2C), you’ll define and drive the vision for Rabot’s consumer products — ensuring millions of users can experience seamless, affordable, and planet-friendly energy solutions. You’ll lead a talented team of Product Managers, working closely with Engineering, Design, and Data to deliver products that shape the future of energy consumption in Europe. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, sustainability, and customer experience. What You’ll Do Lead and scale the B2C product function, setting a clear product vision and strategy aligned with company goals.Develop and execute the roadmap for Rabot’s consumer platform — from dynamic tariffs to smart energy management solutions.Drive innovation and growth, creating features that improve user experience, engagement, and retention.Leverage customer insights and data to guide decisions, test hypotheses, and measure impact.Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Operations to ensure delivery excellence and cohesive product experiences.Build scalable product processes that support Rabot’s growth from 100,000 to 1 million users without losing agility.Represent the voice of the customer at the leadership table, balancing vision with real-world feedback.Mentor and grow your product team, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning.What You BringMust-Have Experience Proven leadership experience in B2C product management, ideally within tech, mobility, or energy.A strategic and analytical mindset, connecting business goals, user behavior, and technical constraints into a clear product direction.Strong understanding of data-driven product development and experimentation.Deep customer empathy with a track record of improving satisfaction, activation, and retention.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across teams and leadership levels.Experience scaling teams and processes in fast-growing, cross-functional environments (startup or scale-up).Fluency in English and German (C1 or above).Nice-to-Haves Background in energy, IoT, or connected consumer products.Familiarity with pricing intelligence, optimization, or smart device ecosystems.Experience working in regulated or complex operational markets.What Success Looks Like (6–12 Months)You’ve rolled out a clear B2C product strategy and roadmap aligned with customer and business goals.Your team operates with clarity, focus, and ownership, consistently delivering measurable impact.Key KPIs — including activation, retention, and satisfaction — show consistent improvement.You’ve built strong alignment across Product, Tech, and Marketing, enabling smooth collaboration and shared priorities.You’re recognized as a trusted leader, combining vision with disciplined execution and team empowerment.What It’s Like to Work HereAt Rabot Energy, we believe in autonomy, collaboration, and purpose.
