For permanent employment OHB System AG in Bremen  is looking for aProject Manager Earth Observation Missions (m/f/d) As an experienced and dedicated Project Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the successful implementation of exciting and complex proposals and projects in the domain of Earth Observation in Phases 0/A and B1. You will lead interdisciplinary project teams and ensure efficient collaboration and optimal performance. You will play a key role in the planning, coordination and management of projects to ensure that they are completed on time, cost-efficiently and to the highest quality. Your Tasks Leading the preparation and execution of Earth Observation mission and system proposals for ESA, EC, DLR, commercial customers etc.Leading the project team throughout the development of the projectOrganize and lead regular project meetings to plan and review the project progressAnalyse, define and coordinate requirements with the project team and the customer(s)Management and co-ordination of individual project partners and subcontractorsBe responsible for the cost, schedule and performance of studies or projectsLeading the negotiations, strengthening our relationships with clients, and acting as a liaison to key stakeholders in client organisations Your QualificationsSuccessful completion of a degree in aerospace, engineering or a related field that demonstrates your expertiseAt least five years of relevant practical experience, preferably in the dynamic space industry, where you have demonstrated your practical knowledgeKnowledge of space projects, including systems and operationsProven experience in preparing persuasive proposals that emphasizes your ability to make effective presentations.A deep understanding of complicated institutional structures that will enable you to navigate our challenging environmentPassion and knowledge in the field of space is not only desirable, but is the foundation for our mutual success.
