Sluit je aan bij ons internationale team en help ons sociale media voor iedereen veiliger te makenAls Content Moderator bij Majorel zul je: Door gebruikers gegenereerde meldingen evalueren die aanstootgevende of verontrustende postings markeren op basis van het beleid en de richtlijnen van onze klant Controleren, blokkeren en verwijderen van content die in strijd is met de community-normen van onze klant Te allen tijde een hoge standaard van nauwkeurigheid en kwaliteit leveren Directe invloed hebben op het terugdringen van haat, racisme, pesten, cybercriminaliteit en de verspreiding van onjuiste informatie in online ruimten Wat wij bieden: Verhuis- & Ondertekenbonus: 600€ ondertekenbonus (na training en nesting) 1.400€ na 6 maanden (betaald met het volgende salaris) 1.000€ verhuisbonus (min. 100 km van Berlijn) • Salaris en Vergoeding: 2.668,50€ maandsalaris (40 uur/week) + 150€ maandelijkse bonus op basis van prestaties. 40% shiftbonus voor zondag/dagen met feestdagen. 50% shiftbonus voor nachtdiensten (22:00–06:30). • Extra’s: Geen telefoontjes of e-mails: Een uitdagende functie in een innovatieve sector zonder direct klantcontact.
