Join our international team and help us make Social Media a safer place for everyoneIdeally, you have: Excellent Dutch & English language skills – no German needed EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Germany A clean, blank certificate of good conduct must be presented before starting work Strong awareness of cultural, political, and social trends in the Nederlands. Ability to work in rotating shifts (24/7) What’s in it for you: Relocation & Signing Bonuses: 600€ signing bonus (paid after training & nesting). 1.400€ after 6 months (paid with next salary) 1.000€ relocation bonus (min. 100 km to Berlin). Compensation: 2.668,50€ monthly salary (40h/week) + 150€ monthly individual performance bonus. 40% shift bonus for Sundays/public holidays. 50% shift bonus for night shifts (10 pm–6:30 am). As a Content Moderator you will: Evaluate user-generated reports that flag offensive or disturbing postings based on our client's policies and guidelines Review, block and delete content that goes against our client’s community standards Commit to deliver a high standard of accuracy and quality at all times Have a direct influence on reducing hate, racism, bullying, cybercrimes and the spread of misinformation in online spaces About us: Majorel is now Teleperformance.
