You can choose from a childcare subsidy, sports activities, restaurant vouchers, and job bike leasingMental health support from TELUS Health, which offers you and your family support in various areas of lifeExtensive training and development opportunities, including access to LinkedIn Learning, to continuously expand your skillsRegular events to strengthen team spirit and make new contactsLet’s talk about Responsibilities:Identifying and evaluating potential global risks of non-compliance and developing mitigation strategiesResponding to requests for compliance approval for events and activities across the EMEA regionPreparing detailed reports, presenting findings, and making recommendations for improvement to managementRegularly reviewing and updating internal compliance policies and procedures to align with changing regulationsCollaborating with global departments to ensure compliance processes are aligned and providing training to employees on compliance-related issuesActing as a subject matter expert and communicating global and local compliance requirementsAssisting with investigations into compliance breachesQualifications, Skills and Experience:Strong analytical skillsAttention to detailCommunication skills including communicating with senior stakeholdersProblem-solving skillsIndependenceIntegrity in workCollaborating effectively with cross functional teamsRequired:Bachelor's degree in a related field such as law3-7 years experienceExperienced in working in a compliance role in the healthcare sectorA strong understanding of relevant regulations and proficiency with compliance software and Microsoft Office Suite are also importantBusiness fluent German and English skillsPreferred:Certified in the Society of Corporate Compliance & Ethics (SCCE) or the Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA)Experience in Medical DevicesExperience in ESG
