GRC Specialist - Munich/ Home Office - up to €85k

**Company**:
My client is part of a global group who specialise in providing risk consultancy to business across 30 different countries. They have genuine care of their employee's dreams and ambitions, making them an extremely exceptional employer. Due to further global expansion, they are looking for a GRC specialist to join their HQ in Munich.

**The role**:
In this role, you will be responsible for:

- Coordinating IT Risk review with management
- Develop and improve processes, compliance standards, controls, and security systems
- Conduct gap analysis
- Conduct IT compliance self-assessments
- Conduct risk assessments and facilitate Information Risk Management process
- Coordinate security audits and report on audit findings

**Key aspects of the role**:This role will be based in Munich on a hybrid model, however it is 100% remote at the moment.

**Essential**:

- 2+ years of experience in Governance, Risk and Compliance
- Knowledge of ITIL processes
- Knowledge of industry standards such as ISO27001
- Fluent in English language

**Desirable**:
Industry certifications e.g. ISO27001
