Junior Product Manager (f/m/d)adjoe is a leading mobile ad platform developing cutting-edge advertising and monetization solutions that take its app partners business to the next level. Part of the applike group ecosystem, adjoe is home to an advanced tech stack, powerful financial backing from Bertelsmann, and a highly motivated workforce to be reckoned with.Meet your Team: Rewarded SolutionsOur Rewarded Solutions team develops the technology behind adjoe's innovative rewarded engagement products that serve over 57 million daily mobile users. The teams tech stack consists of three major components: native Android and iOS SDKs written in Java/Kotlin and Swift handling complex engagement flows; widely customizable offerwall applications built with React TypeScript; a highly performant Golang backend hosted on AWS that processes millions of events hourly; and our monetization dashboard. Our system matches each game with its ideal users, delivering rewards optimized for satisfaction through data processed via AWS Athena, Kafka, Spark, S3, and MySQL.For team members, this means having state-of-the-art resources to build engaging rewarded ad experiences that seamlessly integrate into the worlds top apps while delivering exceptional results for advertisers and monetizers in this industry-leading technology.What You Will Do:Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document product requirements.Manage the product backlog, ensuring clear prioritization and well-defined user stories.Participate in sprint ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, reviews, retrospectives).
