We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the evolution of our CUE enterprise media solutions, integrating intelligent workflows, automation, and adaptive publishing strategies. Depending on your location, this role will be based in either our Copenhagen, Aarhus, Oslo or Hamburg office and you will be reporting to the Director of Product Management. We value flexibility, and you will have the opportunity to work from home from time to time to support a balanced and modern work life.
As Product Manager, you will play a strategic role in defining product direction, aligning stakeholders, and delivering solutions that support modern media production and distribution. You will work closely with customers, development teams, UX, and commercial stakeholders to translate market insights into product initiatives, business cases, and roadmaps that drive measurable business impact.
Translate market problems into product initiatives and business cases that align with business objectives, secure buy-in, and support prioritization.
Ensure responsible integration of AI to enhance automation, content enrichment, and workflow efficiency.
5+ years of product management experience in media technology, enterprise platforms, or SaaS environments.
~ Strong understanding of newsroom and production workflows from working with publishers, broadcasters, or large content organizations.
~ Familiarity with structured data models, metadata, and content lifecycle management.
~ Fluent in English (German is a plus).
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills across technical, commercial, and executive teams.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, moving seamlessly between big-picture direction and detail-level follow-up.
