Your Responsibilities We are looking for a new colleague to join our Team in Berlin on a full-time basis /40 hour a week starting as soon as possible.Key Activities & Responsibilities:Provide project assistance for all real estate design-related tasks and support the Head of the Real Estate DepartmentManage design aspects, including test fits, interior fit-outs, furnishings, and key concepts for all GUS brands worldwideManage and coordinate projects from concept development to planning, permits, IFCs, design, construction, and final deliveryCreate 2D and 3D visualizations, along with all project-related materialsPrepare and deliver project pitch presentationsLiaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless collaborationHandle phone calls, inquiries, and requests, responding appropriately when neededOrganize and maintain schedules, appointments, and diaries efficientlyYour profileGraduate degree in Architecture or Interior Design 4-8 years of experience in designing commercial, education, or hospitality spacesOpen to Architects or Project Managers with experience in the real estate development or design industryEnjoys traveling for workProficient in English; German is an advantageStrong proficiency in 3d software and rendering- Sketchup, Revit, 3Dmax, Rhino etc. Excellent command of 2d software- AutoCAD, Arch job, Revit etc. Proficient in Graphic design-Photoshop, illustrator, InDesign etc. Ability to plan ahead, set realistic deadlines, and work systematically Capable of working independently while maintaining work schedule and deadlinesWhy us?Opportunity to work with a great team in a dynamic and international environment30 days of vacationAfter successfully passing the probationary period, we offer subsidies for employees’ well-being through our health budget with preventive and aftercare servicesVarious online language courses and opportunities to participate in online collaboration coursesNumerous campus events from the fields of art, culture, business and scienceOpportunity to develop and implement new ideas and conceptAbout usGUS Germany GmbH (GGG) is an innovative and dynamic network of world-class higher education institutions that is committed to empowering students with the knowledge and skills they need to make a positive impact in the world.
