Aufgaben Schluss mit verstaubter M&A Beratung Als Teil von GO & Company bieten wir Dir früh Verantwortung, eine kollegiale Atmosphäre und eine steile Lernkurve. Auf Dich warten vielfältige Projekte mit einem Mix aus unterschiedlichen Branchen, Unternehmensgrößen und Fragstellungen, bei denen Du von Anfang an aktiv eingebunden wirst. Dabei arbeitest Du im direkten Austausch mit verschiedenen Prozessbeteiligten und Entscheidungsträgern zusammen und wir entwickeln gemeinsam maßgeschneiderte Lösungen für unsere Kunden. Du erhältst die Möglichkeit, aktiv an anspruchsvollen Beratungsprojekten auf der Buy- & Sell-Side mitzuwirken und Dich persönlich weiterzuentwickeln. Zu Deinen Aufgaben gehören u.a.: Durchführung von Markt-, Branchen- und Wettbewerbsanalysen Mitarbeit bei Unternehmensbewertungen und -analysen Identifikation und Ansprache von potenziellen Investoren und Targets Unterstützung bei Due-Diligence Prüfungen Erstellung von Teasern, Managementpräsentationen, Pitch-Books und Informationspaketen Das Praktikum wird am Standort in Hamburg bzw. Frankfurt angeboten. Qualifikation Sehr gute Leistungen in einem wirtschaftsbezogenen Studium, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Finance, Strategie oder Accounting Idealerweise einschlägige Vorerfahrungen im Transaktions- oder Projektgeschäft Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von MS Office (v.a. PowerPoint und Excel) Sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Kommunikative/r Teamplayer/in mit offener Art Hohes Maß an Selbständigkeit und Eigeninitiative „Willingness to go the extra mile“ Haben wir Dein Interesse geweckt?
