Responsibilities Join our HR team as a Senior HR Operations Specialist (all genders) and act as a key advisor for managers and employees across Germany and EMEA. You'll manage HR processes, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring compliance with labor laws and maintaining HR data integrity. Collaborate with HR departments, lead projects, and drive process improvements.
