Then join TeamViewer’s student community with over 130 ambitious students to learn, make an impact, and skyrocket your career - Manage the coordination of students employed at TeamViewer in the EMEA region - Assist, observe, and support HR Business Partners in daily operations (e.g., preparing employment documents) - Actively contribute to various HR projects (e.g., implementation of the new HR system SAP SuccessFactors) - Conduct data analysis and interpretation (e.g., salary benchmarks) to support HR decision-making - Support the development and implementation of HR strategies and processes (e.g., during salary review rounds) - Help identify, develop, and retain talent within the company (e.g., as part of feedback processes) - Participate in initiatives related to employee development and promotion (e.g., creating and introducing career development paths) **Requirements**: - Enrolled student (all genders) at a university or college in fields such as Business Law, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Economics, Psychology, Organizational Development, Change Management, or any other related field - The **internship** has to be a **mandatory** part of your studies and last at least 4 months, ideally 6 months (if applicable) - Fluent in both **German** and **English** is required - High level of commitment, initiative, enthusiasm, and a proactive working style - Strong IT skills, especially in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ideally, prior experience with SAP SuccessFactors **What we offer** - Contract location would be **Göppingen**, Germany**: - **Make an impact** Take on the responsibility and work on your own projects.
