Therefore, we are set up in individual Core Service Clusters and Growth Areas:LifeP/CSalesProductivityResilienceSustainabilityCentral Functions Key responsibilities / You will get to: Work with client teams, bearing responsibility for specific tasks, the quality of your deliverables and ensuring project milestones are reachedManage communications and project timelinesContribute to business development and client pitches under the guidance of an Engagement ManagerHelp increase Allianz Consulting expertise within our strategic areas of developmentContribute to internal projects within Allianz Consulting, including internal knowledge sharing and team events Key requirements / What we hope you bring:  University degree or equivalent experienceMinimum 3 years of experience in management consulting or financial servicesDemonstrate expert knowledge of AI frameworks, leverage AI tools in everyday tasks, and consult clients on AI adoption for successful business transformationProven exposure to asset management, life insurance or wealth management is a plusYour experience in project management, change management, digital transformation, capital market-oriented products in life and asset management and rolloutYour mastery of working and communicating with a broad range of audiences and seniority levelsAn affinity for solving problems and a pronounced capacity for analytical thinking to help you organize and prioritize your tasksYour enthusiasm for working in a diverse and international teamYour excellent command of English and German that you will use while preparing and delivering presentations and reportsYour willingness and ability to perform on a wide range of projects with a solution-oriented mindset We highly welcome candidates with a genuine interest and affinity for Information Technology (IT) and Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI), as these attributes are considered valuable assets to our team.
