Dann sind Sie bei uns genau richtig Wir suchen einen Maintenance Expert – Processes (m/w/d), der mit Fachwissen, strukturiertem Denken und Begeisterung unsere globalen Instandhaltungsprozesse weiterentwickelt, dokumentiert und durch eine klare Kommunikation in der Umsetzung unterstütztIhre AufgabenVerantwortliche und bereichsübergreifende Prozessgestaltung sowie Weiterentwicklung unseres globalen E2E-Supportprozesses install to maintain. Aufbau und kontinuierliche Verbesserung unserer globalen Instandhaltungsstrategien und -standards. Support beim Onboarding, Training und bei der Entwicklung unserer Maintenance Mitarbeitenden an den internationalen Fertigungsstandorten. Weiterentwicklung der KPIs inkl. der Ableitung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen sowie Optimierungsprojekten im Zuge des KVPs. Unterstützende Koordination von Adhoc-Maßnahmen bei Störungen. Ihr Profil Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Weiterbildung zum Techniker / Meister, oder vergleichbare Qualifikation. Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Maintenance, fundierte Berufserfahrung in Tätigkeiten der Mechanik und Elektronik als Instandhalter wünschenswert. Fähigkeit Abläufe schnell und systematisch zu erfassen, wesentliche Inhalte daraus zu analysieren und diese verständlich und transparent beschreiben und vermitteln zu können. Belastbarkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, sicheres und überzeugendes Auftreten, Kommunikations- und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit sowie ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit gepaart mit hoher Problemlösungskompetenz.
