What You'll do Define and drive the overall quality strategy for a diverse global business unit portfolioOversee all aspects of quality management – from product release and supplier qualification to continuous improvement initiativesProactively initiate preventive and corrective actions to enhance product, process, and operational performanceLead, develop and inspire cross-regional quality teams and key suppliers across Europe, the US, and AsiaCollaborate closely with senior leadership, gaining exposure to multiple functional areas including Hilti´s top managementBuild a strong internal and external network that supports long-term career growth and open doors for future leadership opportunitiesShape the quality culture within the organization and influence strategic decisions through data-driven insights What You’ll Bring Advanced academic background with a Master’s degree or higher, ideally in chemistry, chemical engineering, industrial/process engineering, material sciences, or a related fieldA proven track record in Quality Management with state-of-the-art methodological know-how, ideally in product development, quality in manufacturing, and Supplier Quality ManagementSharp business acumen, enabling you to balance technical expertise with strategic decision-makingStrong leadership track record, including several years of managing international teams of 5+ people, with the ability to inspire, influence, and drive success in complex cross-functional matrix environmentsExperience with industrial mass production, ideally in chemical—and also mechanical—production is advantageousStrong interpersonal skills to perform successfully in a global matrix environment and demonstrated ability in stakeholder managementFluency in spoken and written English (additional languages are a plus)Willingness to regularly travel internationally, mainly in Europe and the US What’s In It for You We offer you a unique place to work, in which you are part of a creative and interdisciplinary team.
